4 bratwurst sausages
1 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Optional: cayenne pepper, garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the Bratwurst: Grill or fry bratwurst until fully cooked and browned.

2. Make the Sauce: Combine ketchup, curry powder, paprika, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

3. Assemble: Slice the bratwurst and drizzle with curry ketchup sauce.

Serve: Serve hot with fries or bread rolls.
