1 T each of crushed red pepper, black pepper, dried oregano, dried rosemary, dried basil, dried parsley, & garlic powder.
1 T fresh minced garlic
1 t salt

Mix all ingredients together. When ready to serve, use 1 heaping T of herb mix and add evoo. Use as a dip with your favorite fresh bread.
