3 T soy sauce
2 T honey
1 T evoo
juice of 1 lime
1 t crushed garlic
1 t cilantro
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Marinated chicken in above ingredients in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
(Cook's Note: Cut chicken into larges cubes if you prefer skewers & chicken on a stick. Just be sure to soak wooden skewers prior. You can also use this marinade for grilled shrimp! Grill shrimp 2- 4 minutes.)
