3/4 c sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c butter, melted
2 c milk
1 t vanilla
1/2 juice of lemon
Zest from 1/2 lemon
1/2 c Bisquick or flour
1 c coconut
1 c coconut

Mix all ingredients, except flour and coconut in blender. Add flour & whip. Add coconut.
Place in greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
