2 bunches of watercress
2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 c crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c chopped pecans

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite dressing. (I like to use a honey or balsamic based dressing.
