4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c evolution
1/2 c Mayo
1 c artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 c Parmesan
Chopped parsley
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Heat oil and sear chicken on both sides until partially cooked.
3. Put chicken in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of chicken
4. Bake 20 minutes.
